The Influence of Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Workload on Employee Performance at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment, and workload on employee performance at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 60 respondents were selected using the saturated sampling technique. The findings show that motivation, commitment, and workload significantly affect employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
