Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment, and workload on employee performance at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 60 respondents were selected using the saturated sampling technique. The findings show that motivation, commitment, and workload significantly affect employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
